PIONEER LAVADA JONES
Located on Sandy Boulevard across the street from The Zipper, Pioneer Lavada Jones gives a second life to an existing 1950s garage building. Similar to New New Crusher Court , we're tearing the roof off to create an outdoor courtyard space. The existing timber bowstring trusses will remain in the courtyard as a reminder of the history of the building. New office spaces have heavy timber mezzanines, generous overhead doors and factory-style windows opening onto the court, and 3 new retail spaces along Sandy Boulevard continue our ongoing efforts to make Sandy a more walkable, pedestrian friendly street. Pioneer is another one of our collaborative efforts with Guerrilla Development.
