RIG-A-HUT
Rig-A-Hut, a collaboration with Guerrilla Development, brings downtown living to Washougal's Main Street. The 2-story wood-framed mixed-use building houses 9 studio apartments and 3 retail spaces. The rigor of the exterior masks the individual uniqueness of each dwelling space - though the undulating metal façade hints at the playfulness inside.
