MILWAUKIE CITY HALL
With city hall functions relocated this building is taking on new life as a social center for downtown Milwaukie. Working in collaboration with Henry Point Development and Owen Gabbert LLC the aim is to keep the charm of this classic civic building and give the neighborhood a new brewery, bakery, restaurant and creative offices to experience the space in a whole new way.
