JANE DOUGH

Jane Dough, (which formerly housed Delphina's Bakery) is an 13,423 SF building in the Cully neighborhood.  Carolyn Westerfield, the building owner who owned and operated the bakery for years is intentionally developing the building in a in a way that will enrich and benefit the surrounding community. The building will be home to approximately 7-8 tenant spaces, all of which will be  neighborhood-friendly entrepreneurs and small businesses.  The three anchor tenants are a Community Supported Kitchen from Stacey Givens, a brick and mortar restaurant for Chef Maya Lovelace and a new location for the fabric store Bolt, currently located in the Alberta Arts District. Due its community-oriented program, Jane Dough promises to be an important pioneer in maintaining Cully's character and ensuring development along 42nd Ave. will maintain a main-street focus.
